2. Our Role as a Directory/Aggregator

It is critical to understand our technical architecture: AlwaysTivi acts strictly as an aggregator and directory indexer. We do not host, store, upload, or physically transmit any copyrighted video files, streams, or media on our own physical servers. We merely provide indexing links to third-party streams on the open internet.

3. DMCA Safe Harbor Statement

Because we operate as an online service provider facilitating access to user-requested data streams without hosting the content ourselves, we claim protection under the DMCA Safe Harbor provisions (17 U.S.C. § 512).

4. What Constitutes Copyright Infringement

For your takedown request to be legally valid and actionable by our team, it must be in writing and include the exact elements mandated by the DMCA (detailed in the template below). Incomplete notices will delay processing.

8. Response Time & Procedures

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, our compliance team operates within a strict 48-to-72 hour response window. We will investigate the claim and promptly remove or disable access to the infringing directory link from our platform.

9. Counter-Notification Policy

If a user or third-party stream provider believes their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they possess the right to file a Counter-Notice. If a valid Counter-Notice is received, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the link within 10 to 14 business days unless court action is filed.

10. Repeat Infringer Policy

AlwaysTivi maintains a strict 'Repeat Infringer' policy. We will actively block, terminate, or ban users, resellers, or upstream feed sources that are repeatedly flagged for severe copyright infringement, ensuring the integrity of our network.

11. False Claims & Penalties

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to severe civil liability and damages. Do not submit false takedown requests.
