1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to AlwaysTivi. By accessing, browsing, or using our premium IPTV services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our service.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase and use our services. By establishing an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Nature of the Service

AlwaysTivi provides access to a curated directory of live television channels, sporting events, and video-on-demand (VOD) content via Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). We are a service provider that aggregates access streams; we do not host, broadcast, or transmit the underlying media files on our own servers.

4. Our No Auto-Renewal Guarantee

Unlike traditional cable companies and other streaming platforms that trap you in recurring billing cycles, AlwaysTivi strictly operates on a pre-paid basis. We DO NOT use auto-renewal. When your 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription expires, it simply ends. You will never be unexpectedly charged. You must manually initiate a new payment if you wish to continue your service.

5. Account Creation & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and M3U playlist links. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access.

6. Device & Connection Limits

Each standard subscription line is strictly limited to one (1) concurrent connection. Attempting to stream from multiple devices simultaneously on a single-connection plan will trigger our automated security systems, resulting in immediate temporary suspension of your account to prevent abuse.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AlwaysTivi for any unlawful purpose. You may not restream, broadcast, distribute, or resell our feeds to third parties without an authorized reseller account. The use of automated scrapers, network manipulation tools, or excessive bandwidth consumption outside of normal viewing habits is strictly prohibited.

8. Content Availability & Changes

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime and maintain our massive library of 35,000+ channels and 145,000+ VODs, the availability of specific channels, shows, or sporting events is subject to change without prior notice due to upstream provider updates, maintenance, or regional broadcast rights.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, logos, website design, and custom software interfaces provided by AlwaysTivi remain our exclusive intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without refund, if you violate these Terms of Service. Common reasons for immediate termination include restreaming our content, payment fraud, abusive behavior towards our support staff on WhatsApp, or severe network abuse.

11. Pricing, Taxes & Fees

All prices displayed on the AlwaysTivi website are in USD and are subject to change. However, once you purchase a pre-paid plan, your price is locked in for the duration of that term. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs, or bank transaction fees associated with your purchase.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website or service may contain links to third-party applications (such as IPTV Smarters, Tivimate, or VLC). We do not own or control these applications and are not responsible for their functionality, privacy practices, or any issues that arise from their use.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

AlwaysTivi provides its service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free of buffering, due to the inherent nature of global internet routing.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlwaysTivi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlwaysTivi, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the IPTV service.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration before seeking formal litigation.

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us via WhatsApp (+33 6 44 65 05 33) to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration rather than being heard in a court of general jurisdiction.

18. Force Majeure

AlwaysTivi shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe internet backbone outages, governmental actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.

19. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
